HIGH SOLID EPOXY COATING
What makes our products stand out? Unlike other concrete companies, we don’t use any cheap, water-based solutions. We only use high-solid epoxy coatings that create a thicker, more durable surface.
PROTECTIVE TOP COAT
In addition to high-solid epoxy coating, Epoxy Floors by Welch completes our floors with a protective top coat. Once the epoxy is dry, we add a polyaspartic coating that’s 5 times stronger than the epoxy itself. This layer is also chemical resistant, UV rays resistant, and easy to clean.
OUR PROCESS
After preparation, we add the base of the floor coat then color flake broadcast and finally a durable polyaspartic top coat. All of these layers work together to adhere to your floor surface and protect it for years to come. Epoxy Floors by Welch uses the right materials that are proven to withstand more foot traffic and elements than the competition.
PREPARATION IS OUR SECRET SAUCE
Too many floor companies pass over proper preparation by using an acid etch to clean the floor. They’re too worried about saving time and money instead of giving you the right care and attention your project needs. As a result, the acid etch won’t thoroughly profile your floor and will cause bonding issues down the road.
PREPARE
We use shot blasters and diamond grinders to strip and profile surfaces to properly prepare them for coatings and overlays.
REPAIR
Next, we knock out any loose concrete and fill cracks or divots with a specialized product.
CLEAN
Before installing our flooring products, we thoroughly clean your surface after grinding it down and filling cracks or divots.
